Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Michigan is seeking a part-time Retail Sampling Associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling at retail locations. You will work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, and help introduce customers to new products while delivering excellent service.

You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and complete paid training with ongoing team support. Benefits, including health plans and discounts, are available.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
