Advantage Solutions is hiring a retail team member in Spring Branch, TX. You will engage customers through food and beverage sampling to drive sales and introduce products to shoppers.

This role offers training, development, and opportunities for growth with flexible weekends. No prior experience is required as we provide team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results bias.
• Work independently but can also build a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

• You're 18 years or older

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
