Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling at our Fort Wayne location. This retail role offers opportunities to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. This position involves 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with flexibility for additional hours and benefits options available.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
