Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling at our retail locations. You will connect with shoppers, introduce new products, and provide friendly service.

We welcome 18+ team members, with training provided. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work 2-3 shifts including weekends; reliable transport is required. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
