Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to support in-store sampling and drive sales. You will engage shoppers, introduce them to new products, and deliver superior customer experiences during assigned shifts.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with valid transportation to the location in Dawsonville, GA.

• Engage shoppers with food and beverage sampling and promote products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
