Job summary

Harris Teeter is hiring a part-time associate to take excellent care of our customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. The role involves assisting with produce, packaging, stocking, and basic floral duties when assigned.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience. You must be at least 16 years old and able to read, write, and understand English. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a cool environment is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and stock produce according to standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain sanitation practices.
• Provide customer service and assist unloading stock.
• Reload salvage when required.
• Perform floral clerk duties when assigned.
