Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to take care of customers by providing friendly service, stocking produce, and handling packaging tasks. The role includes unloading stock, maintaining cleanliness, and occasionally performing floral clerk duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic English reading/writing ability, and a readiness to train and grow with the team. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and memos.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers to meet their needs.
• Process, package, and stock produce according to standards.
• Clean work areas and unload/load stock; assist with floral clerk duties when required.
