Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is implementing a Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) to automate project procurement and logistics. The DSCS Specialist will configure system components, train users, and provide ongoing technical support for Bechtel projects.

This role requires collaboration with the DSCS Implementation Manager and Procurement teams to ensure data integrity and system performance. The position offers part-time telework with at least three days of in-person attendance weekly, aligned

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with supply chain automation systems or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Supply Chain Systems software components and perform testing.
• Provide ongoing technical support to project personnel.
• Assist with setup, training, and use of DSCS applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Maintain user community engagement and share best practices.
• Perform data quality checks and data imports as directed.
• Escalate software problems to the DSCS group with detailed requirements.
• Generate and maintain procurement metrics and performance data.
