Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in supporting supply chain automation systems or related roles.
• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine and develop project automation requirements with implementation teams.
• Configure Supply Chain Systems components, perform testing, provide technical support.
• Assist users in setup, training, and use of DSCS applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Maintain user community and share best practices and lessons learned.
