Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking compassionate nurses to provide skilled pediatric home care in patients' homes and schools. Join a team dedicated to helping medically complex children thrive, with meaningful one-on-one care and flexible scheduling.

As a Part-Time or PRN nurse, you’ll administer medications and therapies, manage trach/vent and G-tube care, and collaborate with families and the care team to maintain safety and quality for each child.

• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
