Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking compassionate nurses to provide in-home pediatric care in Waxahachie and surrounding areas. Join a dedicated team delivering one-on-one care to medically complex infants and children, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time, part-time or PRN positions.

You'll support families, administer treatments, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

• Schedule: 7p-7a
• Shifts: Tuesday and Friday Nights
• Patient Population: Infant with Vent/Trach/G-tube, J-Tube and NG

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
