Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Private Duty Nurse to care for an infant in Mt. Pleasant, TX.

You will provide one-on-one pediatric nursing in home and school settings, including trach/vent/G-tube care, with flexible scheduling across days, nights, evenings and weekends. Join a team dedicated to helping medically complex children thrive at home. You will assess, monitor, and document patient status, administer therapies, and educate families to ensure a safe, supportive care

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
