Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking licensed RNs or LPNs to provide focused pediatric home healthcare in the Henderson area. You will deliver skilled nursing care in home and school settings, assess patient conditions, and coordinate with the care team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, managing trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care, and educating families for ongoing care. Flexible day and overnight shifts available to support children’s needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license.
• Experience in pediatric home care is preferred.
• Comfort with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care as needed.
• Ability to assess patient conditions and communicate with the care team.

• Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time
• Shifts:
  • Days: 1 - 2 Days a week 7:30a - 5:30p
  • Nights: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9:30p - 7:30a
• Patient Specifics: 6-year old with a trach, ventilator, and a g-tube

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education

Pay Range

Starting pay is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
