Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, GA. The role runs Day shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 28 hours per week, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends.

Compensation is $41.00–$46.00 per hour, with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care within a secure correctional setting. Applicants should hold an Associate’s degree in nursing, an active Georgia RN license (or MSL/Compact), and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required.
• Active RN license in Georgia or Multi-State (MSL) or Compact must be active.
• Current CPR certification must be active.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
