Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic, patient-centered care to incarcerated individuals at Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, GA. The role runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends, in a confidential, structured clinical environment.

You will administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the DON and Nursing Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Active Registered Nurse license within the state of Georgia, or MSL/Compact.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow established safety, security, and infection control procedures.
