Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, GA. The day shift runs 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with rotating weekends, offering an hourly compensation of $41.00-$46.00.

The role provides a structured clinical environment within the Georgia DOC system and focuses on holistic, patient-centered care for an incarcerated population. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in nursing, an active GA RN license (or MSL/Compact), and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required.
• Active Registered Nurse license issued in GA or MSL/Compact.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN)provides holistic, patient-centered nursing careto an incarcerated population within scope of practice. The RN works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON)and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, identify, and respond to patients’ medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs.
