Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Phillips State Prison in Buford, GA. The role offers a predictable day schedule (6:00 AM–6:30 PM), 36 hours/week, and weekend rotation. Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $46.00 per hour with a weekend shift differential of $1.00.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Active Georgia RN license (or multi-state/compact) is required and must be active.
• Current CPR certification is required and must be active.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow established safety, security, and infection control procedures.
