FullStack is seeking a Part-time Principal AI Engineer (Agentic AI) / Tech Lead to join our team and work with incredible clients. You will join either Team Augmentation or Design & Build, integrating into client teams or building a FullStack product alongside our engineers.

We require 8+ years of experience, advanced English, a four-year degree, and expertise in agentic AI, LLM architectures, and modern API integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams through end-to-end technical delivery and defining roadmaps.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Expertise in designing and shipping production-grade agentic AI applications and complex LLM architectures.
• Experience integrating LLM provider APIs, autonomous agent frameworks, and tool-calling mechanisms.
• Proven ability to liaise with clients and own end-to-end delivery.
