Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Part-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care to Medicare patients.

You will assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care, prescribe medications, manage treatment plans, maintain EMRs, and lead the clinic care team while collaborating with leadership to meet quality goals. The position offers 24 hours weekly with competitive benefits and flexible options.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Unrestricted state license and active DEA registration.
  • US work authorization.
  • Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with older adults, value-based care, outpatient primary care, bilingual skills.
  • Motivated to deliver high-quality, equitable care, including new graduates.
