Job summary

Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) seeks a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive outpatient care. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing prevention and disease management.

You’ll perform exams, order tests, and coordinate referrals within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds an MD/DO, completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine, and is Board certified or eligible, with an active US license and DEA

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine completed.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
  • Active medical license in the practicing state or licensure eligibility.
  • Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • 1+ year of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients.
  • Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and maintain accurate EHR records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Promote preventive care and disease management to improve outcomes.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating specialty referrals, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, evidence-based medicine, and improving patient health outcomes.


Requirements


  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.

  • Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient clinical services preferred.

  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.

  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment requirements, including background screening, credential verification, and drug screening, if applicable.
