Job summary

Humana CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a dedicated Primary Care Physician for a variable staffing pool in the Dallas area. This role is zero-hour contracted, ideal for part-time outpatient care focused on geriatrics and health maintenance. Onsite work in three clinics with travel between sites is required.

Requirements include MD/DO, state medical license, and board certification in FM/IM/GM. TB screening participation and 3 days/week availability are expected.

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Variable Staffing Pool Physician on an as‑needed basis. This is a zero‑hour contracted role, ideal for providers looking for part‑time work while contributing to high‑quality outpatient care. The Physician will manage a variety of health‑related concerns, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

Important Responsibilities

• You will provide outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric populations.
• You will maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical histories and records.
• You will manage moderately complex to complex medical conditions.
• You will refer patients to specialists.
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• You will contribute to departmental strategy and quality improvement programs.
• You will work onsite in our outpatient clinics.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.
• Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Preference for value‑based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.
• Must be passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.
• You will require participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
• Specialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med‑Peds, or Geriatrics.
• Experience working with senior populations, value‑based, or primary care models.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
• Availability of at least three days per week

Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Must be willing to travel between assigned clinic locations

Direct W-2 employment (not a 1099 position)

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$310,000 - $368,500 per year
