• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care through history, exam, and diagnostic interpretation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management, immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
• Diagnose and manage common primary care conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD, obesity, thyroid disorders, and mental health concerns.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs, imaging, ECGs, and point-of-care tests to support timely decision-making.
• Perform office-based procedures such as wound care, minor incisions, skin lesion treatment, and injections within scope and policy.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive services, coordinate referrals, and educate patients and caregivers about diagnoses and self-management.
