Job summary

Foothills Park & Recreation District in Littleton, CO, is looking for a Preschool Teacher Assistant in Early Childhood Education. You will assist with daily preparation and help implement engaging activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for children and families after school hours.

The role is part-time, with afternoon shifts (3pm–6pm). Ideal candidates are at least 16, can obtain CPR/First Aid, and are committed to being positive role models for youth; benefits include free facility

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age at the time of application.
• Be able to obtain CPR/First Aid and Universal Precautions Training.
• Pass a TRAILS background check and an FBI fingerprint background check.
• Be committed to being a positive role model with youth!

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily preparation and implement program activities.
• Maintain a safe recreational and learning environment for the children.
• Work directly with children and parents on a daily basis; afternoons 3pm–6pm.
