Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or equivalent with relevant coursework or experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and ongoing assessment of children and provide age-appropriate instructional support.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher in planning, team meetings, troubleshooting, and decision making.
• Maintain classroom records and portfolios for each child.
• Prepare and adapt instructional materials using developmentally appropriate practices.
• Communicate with families and schedule annual conferences, report progress, and support family involvement.
