Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, cleanliness and proper storage, and effective communication with customers and team members. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Local candidates preferred for Greenbrae location.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines; Serv-Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give customers immediate, undivided attention.
• Maintain food quality, quantity, freshness and presentation per guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage of products in walk-ins and freezers.
• Know product availability, preparation, storage and nutritional aspects.
• Document waste and spoilage and meet spoilage targets.
