Qualifications

• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow recipe specifications as defined.
• Must be able to handle food in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Serv-Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in daily kitchen tasks.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet guidelines.
• Maintain clean walk-ins and freezers and proper storage.
• Know product availability, preparation, storage and nutritional aspects.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms, and meet spoilage targets.
