Qualifications

• Must be able to read prep sheets and follow instructions.
• Capable of using knives and kitchen tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations, labeling and dating as required.
• Communicate with the chef for instructions or training.
• Uphold health codes, sanitation regulations, and safety procedures.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean, orderly manner.
• Execute opening, closing, and side work duties plus end-of-day inventory.
