Job summary

One Down Dog is seeking a knowledgeable Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Teacher to guide pregnant and postpartum students in Los Angeles. The role focuses on building strength, mobility, stability, breath awareness, and community among new and expectant parents.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of in-studio teaching, RPYT or equivalent certification (85 hours), and CPR/First Aid. Availability includes mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a minimum commitment of 2 classes per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate.
• Prenatal yoga teacher training certification (RPYT or equivalent, minimum 85 hours).
• Postnatal or postpartum training, or continuing education in postpartum recovery.
• At least 2 years of in-studio teaching experience, including pre- or postnatal classes.
• Strong knowledge of trimester-specific contraindications.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Commitment to teaching at least 2 classes per week.
