Job summary

CorePower Yoga North LA is seeking a Yoga & Program Lead to guide Teacher Training enrollment, deliver CPY classes, and mentor peers. This full-time role blends in-studio teaching with remote work, and emphasizes leadership, program development, and student mentorship.

The position requires an active E-RYT 500, CPR/AED certification, 40+ hours/week availability, and strong communication. Expect cross-functional collaboration with regional and training teams.

Qualifications

• YA E-RYT 500 Hour Certified with active Yoga Alliance registration.
• 2+ years of teaching experience with CorePower Yoga (CPY).
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Available to work a minimum of 40+ hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Regional Yoga and Program Manager.
• Provide Yoga instruction by teaching CPY classes, adhering to CPY quality standards.
• Teach 30 in-studio hours and 10 remote hours per week, with weekly planning via Check-in Forms.
• Actively teaches CPY formats (C2, YS) and maintains class averages per week.
• Attend a minimum of 3 connection classes per week to drive enrollment and class quality.
• Lead enrollment efforts for teacher training programs and participate in weekly meetings.
• Coordinate and lead facilitation for in-studio and virtual teacher training sessions.
• Support auditions and partner with studio leadership on coaching in-studio yoga quality.
