Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Los Angeles is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to deliver an exceptional studio experience. You will check in students, guide CPY-aligned classes, and support individuals in living their power while upholding CPY values.

You will teach at least two classes per week, educate on alignment, handle front desk duties and POS transactions, keep the studio safe, and engage with the community and CPY initiatives. CPR certification and a 200-hour training are required.

Qualifications

• 200-hour yoga teacher training with 50 hours CE for C1, C2, HPF and Hot Formats or Yoga Sculpt.
• After June 2020, 200-hour format-related training or CorePower online training with 50HR Yoga Sculpt.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week (min 4 hours in studio).
• Educate students on alignment, offer posture modifications, and use CPY cueing formulas.
• Be at the studio 30 minutes before/after class for planning and community outreach.
• Greet and check-in students, manage front desk duties and POS transactions.
• Support growth of the CPY community and initiatives while upholding CPY values.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per CPY protocols; comply with health standards.
