Excellent oral and written communication, together with strong MS Office skills, will help you coordinate with multiple departments and drive continuous improvement. This role offers permanent, on-site work in a dynamic logistics operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability for flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Fosters proactive communication and cross‑departmental cooperation across the team.
