Job summary

Soliant Health in Illinois is seeking a part-time Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year to support PreK students in a resource setting, using both push-in and pull-out services. You will develop and monitor IEPs for about 8–10 students, collaborate with teachers and families, maintain records, and ensure compliance while benefiting from a flexible schedule and supporting early learning.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LBS1 License.
• PreK Endorsement required.
• Experience in early childhood special education preferred.
• Strong skills in communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction for a caseload of about 8–10 PreK students.
• Deliver both push-in and pull-out services in a resource setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for each student.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with local and state standards.
