Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher for a PreK inclusion classroom for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time contract position focuses on early childhood special education and a collaborative, supportive setting, with two paraprofessionals and an EST schedule.

You will lead inclusive instruction for up to 18 four-year-olds with IEPs and typical peers, develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with families and service providers, document progress, and participate

Qualifications

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience in early childhood or PreK inclusion classrooms.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong collaboration with paraprofessionals, families, and specialists.
• Commitment to nurturing, differentiated, inclusive learning.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PreK inclusion class with tailored lesson plans.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals to deliver instruction and support.
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with service providers, families, and administration.
• Implement positive behavior supports and adaptive teaching.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain records.
