Job summary

You will perform precise measurements, select components by spec, align and assemble units, inspect final products, and report defects. Strong communication, dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly or related manufacturing roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Understanding of quality control principles and standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions.
• Read, understand, and follow detailed procedures and blueprints.
• Gather required materials and equipment at the start of each process.
• Perform precision measurements to ensure proper fit of parts.
• Select or adjust components based on measurements and specifications.
