Job summary

Ampact's Early Learning Corps is seeking an Early Learning Tutor to work in a pre-kindergarten classroom in Florida. You will help stimulate early literacy and math skills, partnering with teachers to deliver engaging activities and provide student support.

Role requires dependable attendance, English fluency, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow directions. Positions include daytime hours, with opportunities for coaching and growth within the program.

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult who's focused on helping students thrive.
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into tracking software.
• Commit to your own growth through coaching and training.
