Job summary

Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is seeking an Associate Director for Domestic Church Formation. This part-time, hourly position will support the Evangelization Team and coordinate marriage preparation, marriage enrichment, and men’s ministry within the parish family.

The ideal candidate is a fully initiated and practicing Catholic who can collaboratively lead ministry initiatives and engage parishioners in faith formation activities.

Qualifications

• Fully initiated and practicing member of the Catholic Church.
• Experience in parish-based program coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marriage preparation activities for couples.
• Coordinate marriage enrichment programs for parishioners.
• Coordinate men’s ministry within the parish family.

St. Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is looking for an: Associate Director for Domestic Church Formation. This position is part-time, hourly, with regular hours not to exceed 25 per week. The position will serve as a member of the Evangelization Team. Ministry responsibilities include coordinating marriage preparation, marriage enrichment, and men’s ministry. This person should be a fully initiated and practicing member of the Catholic Church.
