Job summary

Archny is seeking an Associate Director of Youth Faith Formation to oversee youth programs across the archdiocese, coordinating with parishes, coordinators, and volunteers to expand faith formation for young people.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Theology, Ministry, Religious Education or a related field.
• 24 months of experience in a religious occupation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and overseeing youth faith formation programs across the archdiocese.
• Serve as liaison for communications with parishes, coordinators, and stakeholders; provide information, resources and support.
• Guide parishes and catechists in developing youth faith formation initiatives and related training.
• Review materials to stay current on program practices and prepare leadership reports.
• Develop, deliver and coordinate training sessions and annual Basic Leadership Training courses.
