Job description

The Parts Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department by managing inventory, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing, and distributing powersports or machinery parts to meet the needs of customers and service technicians. The Parts Associate collaborates closely with other departments to maintain optimal stock levels and support repair and maintenance activities. Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of powersports or machinery parts and terminology.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or point-of-sale software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Associate or in a related role within the powersports, automotive or industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of partsor inventory management.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams or manuals.
  • Forklift operation certification or experience or willingness to get certified.
