Job summary

SECU is seeking a motivated team member to assist with the Post Closing Services department, learning Post Closing processes and gaining insight into loan origination at the Credit Union.

The role focuses on processing mail, auditing loan files, and supporting daily tasks while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with colleagues. This entry-level position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be professional, friendly and courteous at all times and in all interactions with branch personnel, co-workers, and third parties.
• Must have accurate typing skills and the ability to concentrate on required duties Minimum direct years of experience
• Must possess an independent work ethic as well as excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a “team” player and exemplify a helpful attitude to provide assistance to others as needed
• Must be able to cooperate and collaborate with co-workers.
• Must adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy set by management.
• Must be able to comprehend telephone calls.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Credit Union Post Closing policies and procedures.
• Process incoming mail for originated and loan files and prepare for Imaging.
• Complete audits on loan files.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
