Job summary

The Eliot At Erie Station Assisted Living in Middletown, NY is hiring full-time and part-time Porters to join our team. Expect competitive pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour and a flexible schedule. You will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, assisting with trash/recycling, simple maintenance, room setup for activities, and supporting housekeeping and maintenance teams. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with residents and staff.
