Position Title: Porter (Part Time) 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Overview: The Porter is responsible for the general upkeep of the community by cleaning and preparing areas for residents and guests.

The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Dust mopping and damp mopping floors, vacuum carpet areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks, tubs and commodes.
• Collect trash in all areas of the facility.
• Complete project work including but not limited to stripping and refinishing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, car washing, etc.
• Completing event setups when needed

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous experience in floor care is preferable, but on-site training is provided.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal work instructions.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments in order to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to function with minimum supervision.
