Job summary

Leland Management is seeking a part-time Janitorial and Maintenance Tech for our community in the Ocoee, FL area. The role involves routine upkeep of common areas, pool decks, signage, and related facilities, with a focus on keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include light repairs, painting, caulking, power washing, and assisting with supplier orders. A valid Florida driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required; experience in building

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Experience in building maintenance and repair including knowledge of typical non-specialist maintenance/repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical and building infrastructure.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders safely.
Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to complete written work orders and maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

Maintains clubhouse, guardhouse, pool deck, and common areas; restocks supplies and documents issues.
Performs minor repairs in clubhouses, restrooms, and common areas (e.g. light fixtures, door hardware, fencing).
Cleans and maintains common areas; notes and reports equipment issues.
Performs painting, lubrication, minor electrical/plumbing repairs, and pressure washing.
Assists Manager with ordering supplies and coordinating with outside contractors.
