GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a part-time grounds/maintenance assistant to help keep our multifamily communities clean and welcoming in Orlando, FL.

On-site role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver's license, weekend availability, and willingness to travel to properties in the region. You will perform daily cleaning, trash removal, and property inspections to maintain high standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance.
• Ability to travel to other properties in the region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal automobile.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community.
• Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping areas clean and orderly.
