Savia Community Counseling Services in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, seeks a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to提供 outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and continuous care within a collaborative team. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with PMHNP specialization.
• Board Certification as PMHNP.
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license.
• 3–5 years of experience in outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
• TMS experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized medication treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing medication management and monitor symptoms.
• Assess risk and make appropriate referrals.
• Provide telehealth and in-person psychiatric services per NJ regulations.
• Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and program manager for coordinated care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance.
• Stay current with evidence-based psychiatric practices and trainings.
• Oversee TMS evaluations, mapping, and treatment planning when applicable.
