Job summary

Grounded Wellbeing is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Georgia. The role includes on-site and telehealth evaluations, ongoing management, and collaboration with a relational, trauma-informed team.

Afternoon/evening/weekend availability is required to support diverse clients. Candidates should hold an MSN or DNP in psychiatric-mental health and an active GA PMHNP license, with experience serving queer and gender-expansive communities.

Qualifications

• Earned an MSN or DNP focused on psychiatric-mental health care.
• Active PMHNP license in the State of Georgia with copy provided.
• Time availability for 32–40 client sessions per week and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and telehealth psychiatric services as scheduled.
• Maintain timely records: intake, progress, termination notes.
• Collaborate with treatment team and external partners as needed.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
• Deliver professional psychiatric services ethically and collaboratively.
