Qualifications

• Eligible for insurance credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and reassessments.
• Provide ongoing medication management appointments.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.
• Assess medication effectiveness and side effects.
• Document patient records in EHR per policy.
