Chick-fil-A Gardens on Havana in Aurora, CO is hiring friendly Team Members to deliver the signature Chick-fil-A experience. You’ll take orders at the front counter or drive-thru, keep dining areas welcoming, and work as part of a fast-paced team.

The role emphasizes excellent hospitality, clear communication, and teamwork. AM shifts available through 4pm on Mondays and Saturdays; Sundays off. Competitive pay starts at $17–$19 per hour plus benefits and paid training.

• 70% English fluency rate required to accurately take guest orders.

Chick-fil-A Gardens on Havana just got a full top-to-bottom remodel! We now have:

• A brand-new kitchen
• Expanded two-lane drive-thru
• New equipment
• A fully dedicated break area for our team

We're looking for friendly, dependable Team Members to join our team and help us deliver the signature Chick-fil-A experience our guests know and love.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a cashier at the front counter or in the drive-thru
• Take guests’ orders quickly and accurately with a smile
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining room and guest areas
• Provide exceptional hospitality and service at all times
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards, dress code, and safety guidelines
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• 70% English fluency rate required (to accurately take guest orders)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable, consistent, and customer service focused
• Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• All AM shifts must be available until 4pm
• Available Mondays and Saturdays (we’re closed Sundays!)
