Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring Font of House Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience, deliver hospitality, and maintain fast-paced operations. Team Members help with orders, beverage and dessert service, and ensure cleanliness with a collaborative, friendly team.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Consistency and reliability
• Positive and coachable attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and friendly guest experience
• Smile, maintain eye contact, and communicate enthusiastically with guests
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and meals according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Work effectively with other Team Members and Leaders
• Help ensure speed, accuracy, and hospitality standards are met
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code standards
• Complete assigned tasks with urgency and attention to detail
• Be willing to learn multiple positions within the Front of House
• Other duties as assigned
