Chick-fil-A Gardens on Havana in Aurora, CO is hiring friendly Team Members to deliver the signature Chick-fil-A experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders at the front counter or drive-thru, and keep our dining areas clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 70% English fluency required to take guest orders.

• AM shifts until 4pm; available Mondays and Saturdays.

• Expanded two-lane drive-thru

We’re looking for friendly, dependable Team Members to join our team and help us deliver the signature Chick-fil-A experience our guests know and love.

• Work as a cashier at the front counter or in the drive-thru
• Take guests’ orders quickly and accurately with a smile
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining room and guest areas
• Provide exceptional hospitality and service at all times
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards, dress code, and safety guidelines
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• 70% English fluency rate required (to accurately take guest orders)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• All AM shifts must be available until 4pm
• Available Mondays and Saturdays (we’re closed Sundays!)
