Job summary

Woodberry Forest School is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for the PM shift to maintain a clean cafeteria environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes, restocking dining areas, and assisting cooks as needed. Qualifications

• At least one year in food service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and be a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Prepares dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
• Unloads and stores deliveries.
• Sweep and mops floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
• Takes out the trash and rinses garbage cans.
• Assists the cooks as needed on the grill.
• Other duties as assigned.
